Uwe Heckert joined McKinsey in 1997 and is working within the Firm's Business Technology Office in Frankfurt, focusing on IT-based solutions and IT organization and management. he holds a Master's degree in business administration from University of Göttingen and has also studied at State University of New York, He is completing his doctoral thesis on IT in knowledge management.
