An interesting book about hostile takeovers in the Swedish marketplace and the rules that make them more common than in other countries. The author has exapnded her doctoral thesis, which unfortunately shows, as it is a bit boring to read from time to time.
All in all, it is a very thourough walk-thru of the subject matter and she covers most bases very well, and has two relatively recent case studies (Scania and Skandia).
Books like this, that referes to recent events and related legal frameworks, tend to age badly, but it is still OK reading when this review is written.
