A fairly good book about Organisational Development and Change Management in that context. The authors manage to cover a lot of ground and discuss pros and cons of the different approaches they discuss (which has a pretty good coverage).
All in all, I would recommend the book for anyone that would like a grounding in OD, as it manage to convey that very good. The drawback is that the book is massive and may not read like a novel (unless you're a hardcore OD fan). Absolutely worth the money I spent on it.
