Patrick Vlaskovits thinks that Customer Development is gratifying and even fun. After reading The Four Steps to the Epiphany, he used LOIs and screenshots to validate a product idea (before writing any code) at a startup he founded and subsequently flamed out. As of late, he is back in the saddle and recently secured seed funding to test a few MVPs. He holds a Master in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and blogs at Vlaskovits.com.
