Thomas H. Davenport is Director of the Andersen Consulting Institute for Strategic Change, a Professor in the Management Information Systems Department at the Boston University Graduate School of Management, and is currently Distinguished Scholar in Residence at Babson College.
He is a widely published author and acclaimed speaker on the toopics of information and knowledge management, re-engineering, enterprise systems, and the use of information technology in business. He has a PhD from Harvard University in organizational behavior and has taught at the Harvard Business School, the University of Chicago, and the University of Texas at Austin Graduate School of Business. He has also directed research at Ernst & Young, McKinsey, and CSC Index.
